As a dedicated Functional Medicine healthcare practitioner with over 30 years experience, I've spent my career in healthcare - but when I faced my own health challenges, traditional medicine had ZERO answers.  I felt frustrated, confused and UNHEARD.  Despite everything I knew - I had never learned to look for a root cause or that symptoms are usually related and those symptoms meant that my body was asking for help.

I knew there had to be a real reason I felt this way so I dug deeper. I had to unlearn what I thought I knew from and search for real answers - one's that addressed root causes and treated the body as a whole ecosystem.  And when I finally found what worked, everything changed - not just for me, but for all the people I was meant to help.

That's when I realized this was my true calling.
